EDMS Service
Some of our customers have outsourced internal workflows and prefer to exchange documents via their own online platforms or through third-party providers. Over the past years, this has resulted in a significant additional workload on our side, as these individual processes cannot be seamlessly integrated into our standardized workflows.
To address this additional effort efficiently, we have outsourced the corresponding tasks and must invoice these services separately.

In order to ensure maximum cost transparency and fair pricing – especially for customers without special data exchange requirements – we offer an Electronic Document Management Service (EDMS) with two otions:

This is the most common communication method that meets the requirements of the majority of our customers.

For customers who manage their data in their platform, there will be no additional costs. All necessary information and documents will be exchanged via our Email Security Gateway, with all files featuring the GLAUNACH GmbH letterhead according to our company standards.

​For customers who want their project communication tailored to their specific needs, we offer a dedicated premium service.​​

Customers who choose our EDMS service benefit from an extended range of services starting as early as the proposal phase – regardless of whether a contract is ultimately awarded. For your projects, we provide specially trained personnel who familiarize themselves with your online system. They prepare the documentation according to your requirements and exchange it via the system you specify. This includes, but is not limited to:

Supplier platforms

HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment)

QITP (Quality, Inspection, Testing, and Packaging)

EDMS Service Fee
To ensure maximum transparency in our pricing structure, this service is invoiced separately.
Customers with an annual turnover of less than EUR 250,000 with GLAUNACH GmbH will be charged:
-
An annual maintenance fee of EUR 2,000 for entering and updating the stored data, and
-
A position fee of EUR 200 per ordered position.
Any costs incurred through the use of third-party platform providers will be invoiced separately.
If the annual turnover with GLAUNACH GmbH exceeds EUR 250,000, the fees already paid will be credited.
Note:
The customer must ensure that a free service and administration contact (hotline) is provided for the platform used.
