EDMS Service

An Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) is a software that centrally stores and organizes documents in a digital archive. Some of our customers leverage the benefits of such systems by sharing access with their suppliers to outsource workflows.

We are pleased to support you and offer you two options:

① Basic

This is the most common communication method that meets the requirements of the majority of our customers.

For customers who manage their data in their platform, there will be no additional costs. All necessary information and documents will be exchanged via our Email Security Gateway, with all files featuring the GLAUNACH GmbH letterhead according to our company standards. All submitted data comply with GDPR (EU) 2016/679.

② EDMS Service

For customers who want their project communication tailored to their specific needs, we offer a dedicated premium service.

Our customers have opted for Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS) to streamline processes. This web-based software helps their employees store, organize, and manage digital documents, including online questionnaires for various purposes such as :

We are happy to offer the additional service of uploading project data directly to your company-owned data exchange system and designing documents according to your specifications, as far as possible.

EDMS Service Fee

To ensure transparency in our pricing, we invoice this service separately. For customers with an annual turnover of less than 250,000 EUR with Glaunach, there will be a yearly fee of 2,000 EUR for uploading and maintenance of our data stored in your system (maintenance fee) along with a charge of 200 EUR for each ordered item (item fee). We will invoice these costs separately if additional costs are incurred by using third-party platform providers. If the threshold of 250,000 Euros per year is exceeded, the fee already paid will be credited.

A service and administration contact (hotline) for the platform in use must be provided by our customer free of charge.
