Manifolds (Collecting Pipes)
If several valves are connected to a single system, a comprehensive solution to equate different inlet pressures is needed. GLAUNACH manifolds deal with that by arranging several diffuser pipes in an appropriate way. The diffuser pipes are individually manufactured and equipped with the suitable number of diffuser borings to bring different gas pressures to a consistent level. The special design minimizes the mechanical load, which not only increases security, but also durability of the whole system. Without additional silencers, collecting pipes can reduce noise by up to 15 dB.
⚠️ Safety Note for Multiple Inlets:
In silencers with multiple inlets or collecting pipes, unintended backflow may occur. To prevent this, we recommend continuous, pressure-tight piping (“hard piping”) and the use of divider plates or check valves.
